New users receive a 7-day free trial to evaluate our services.
If a subscription is not purchased within the free trial period, the account will be deleted within 20 days of the trial’s end.
Subscription plans are billed as per the selected payment cycle.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
All payments are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted after a transaction is completed.

5. User Responsibilities

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
- Content hosted on websites created using our platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Snapsite.store is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
